AI for sales: your call notes are in the CRM before you drive off

In sales, the admin gets left behind because the next appointment is waiting. With SpeechToWork you spend two minutes after the call saying what was discussed. The AI sorts out the request, key details and next steps and, if you like, sends the call notes to your CRM.

Man recording a voice note after a phone call
  • 2 mintalking instead of a form: a finished call note with tasks.
  • Webhookto n8n, Make or your CRM, only to your address.
  • 100 %stays on your computer. Nothing is sent to the internet.
An example

What you say. What appears.

You sayJust got off the phone with Mr Walker, he needs a new website, budget around three and a half thousand pounds, I’ll send him a quote by Friday.
In your programCall with: Mr Walker Request: New website Budget: approx. £3,500 ☐ Me: send quote (by Friday)

Visit reports and call notes by voice

Tap the record key twice, choose “Note” in the quick menu and talk freely: who you spoke to, what it was about, what was agreed. You get a structured call note with contact, request, key details such as budget and dates, and a task list with owner and deadline.

The note is also saved as Markdown and as a structured file. You can dictate a visit report for your field sales form the same way, straight into the field.

How do call notes get into your CRM automatically?

Enter a webhook address in the settings, for example from n8n, Make or your CRM. SpeechToWork sends every call note with its fields to that address, and the automation tool creates the CRM entry. There are no other recipients: the note only goes to the address you enter yourself.

Prefer to keep it simple? Dictate straight into the notes field of Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or any other CRM. SpeechToWork types wherever your cursor is.

Replies and quotes in half the time

  • Select an enquiry and say: “Reply that we can come on Tuesday.” The finished reply is on your clipboard.
  • Follow-up emails as snippets: “Quote follow-up, Mr Walker, twelfth of September.”
  • Record customer calls in Teams, Zoom or Meet and get minutes with tasks, without a bot joining the meeting.
  • Check the tone before you send: “Does this sound too harsh?”

SpeechToWork is not a chatbot for your website. It helps the people in sales and customer service with everything they write.

Your advantage

Why SpeechToWork fits this job.

A note, not a form

Talk for two minutes, get a structured call note with tasks and dates.

Straight into the CRM

Via webhook to n8n, Make or your CRM. Only to the address you choose.

Reply faster

Select the enquiry, say a few words, get a finished reply in the customer’s tone.

Privacy

Local means local. No compromises.

Speech recognition and the language model are installed on your PC and run there. What you dictate ends up in your program and nowhere else. How the data flow works.

No upload

Audio and text stay on your computer. There is no server listening in and no AI provider in the background.

GDPR made simple

No third party processes your dictations. So there is no data processing agreement to sign and no international transfer to assess.

Works without internet

Once installed, SpeechToWork works offline. Only the licence check needs a connection.

Frequently asked questions

How can AI help in sales?

With everything that comes after the conversation: call notes, visit reports, replies, follow-up emails and meeting minutes. SpeechToWork turns what you say into finished text in seconds and structures call notes so they fit into your CRM. You spend less time on admin and more time with customers.

Which AI is best for sales teams?

One that fits into the working day without detours: hold a key, speak, done. SpeechToWork works in every program, including your CRM, and processes customer data locally on your PC. It is not designed for automated cold outreach or chatbots, but for the people who sell and write every day.

What are examples of AI in sales?

A call note after a phone call, a visit report after a customer meeting, a reply to an enquiry, a follow-up on a quote, minutes of a customer call and a summary of a long email thread. You will find all of these examples in our overview of use cases.

How do call notes get into the CRM automatically?

Through a webhook. In the settings you enter an address, for example from n8n or Make. SpeechToWork sends every call note with its fields to that address, and the tool creates the entry in your CRM. Alternatively, dictate straight into the notes field of your CRM.

How can I write field sales visit reports faster?

Talk it through straight after the appointment, in the car or at your desk. SpeechToWork turns what you say into contact, request, key details and next steps. It takes as long as you speak, and the report is ready to paste into your CRM or send to your manager.
