Frequently asked questions

Does the AI write the property description for me?

It writes it with you: you describe the property freely, and SpeechToWork puts the text into shape and polishes it if you like. It adds no facts you did not mention. So floor area, year of construction and features stay correct, and you avoid misleading claims in your listings.

Does it work with Reapit, Alto or Street?

Yes, by dictating into the text fields: these systems run in the browser or on Windows, and SpeechToWork writes into any text field. There is no direct interface. Call notes can also go by webhook to an automation tool, which then creates them in your CRM.

Can I dictate on the go?

On a laptop, yes, and without internet too. There is no phone app at the moment. Voice memos from your smartphone can be dragged into SpeechToWork as a file back at the office and converted into text, which you can then turn into a viewing note or a property description.

Can I record vendor meetings?

Only with everyone's consent. In practice, your own summary straight after the meeting is usually enough. You speak it on your own, which keeps things simple from a legal point of view, and SpeechToWork turns it into a structured note with key details and next steps.
