Which AI is best for a small business?

Is there private AI for business that is GDPR compliant?
Yes. Compliance is simplest with AI that runs locally: if no personal data is sent to a provider, there is no processor and no international transfer to assess. SpeechToWork works this way, under UK GDPR and EU GDPR alike. You will find more on our page about GDPR compliant AI.
How much does AI cost for a business?
With SpeechToWork, 14 € per user per month plus VAT on the Dictate plan, or 29 € on the Assistant plan with documents, audio, meeting minutes and Memory. Paid annually, it is 12 € or 24 €. There are no charges per use and no API fees, however much you dictate.
How do you introduce AI in a business?
Start with one concrete use case and the people who will benefit most. Try it for 14 days on two or three workstations, write down what the tool is used for and give your team a short briefing. Then decide, based on your own experience, whether to roll it out further.
Do businesses need an AI policy or AI training?
It depends on where you operate. In the EU, the AI Act has required sufficient AI literacy among staff who use AI since February 2025. For a writing tool like SpeechToWork, a short briefing and a simple policy are usually enough. For specific questions, ask your data protection officer or adviser.
